Join SplitMetrics to work on backend services that handle terabytes of data daily. You will focus on building scalable systems, optimizing analytics pipelines, and ensuring system stability for mobile marketing platforms used by major global brands.
What you'll do
- Scrape various APIs on an industrial scale handling TBs of data per day
- Build backend services focusing on high-load and data-intensive systems
- Optimize data pipelines and analytics solutions
- Write and review code for quality, security, and best practices
- Implement automated unit and end-to-end testing
- Participate in CI/CD processes
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system stability and performance
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience with Python
- Deep expertise in building high-load, scalable systems
- Strong SQL skills including performance tuning and optimization
- Experience developing microservices and data pipelines
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices and tools like GitHub
- Ability to refactor legacy code and migrate to modern tech stacks
- Strong focus on system observability and troubleshooting
- B1+ level English knowledge
Nice to have
- Being a macOS or iOS power-user
- Experience developing iOS apps
- Huge CLI fan
- Eager to automate ad-hoc tasks
