Join Amperos, an AI-native platform for healthcare denial management and revenue recovery. You will bridge traditional revenue cycle management with agentic AI, ensuring high-quality outcomes for provider clients. The team focuses on resolving claims end-to-end, from follow-ups to appeals.
What you'll do
- Review AI outbound call and portal outcomes for accuracy
- Establish benchmarks for AI performance quality
- Map customer insurance names to payer identifiers
- Execute manual insurance calls when AI requires backup
- Provide feedback on new product features like EOB retrieval
- Identify trends in payer performance issues
What you'll need
- 2+ years in RCM billing or AR follow-up
- Experience with medical, dental, and DME claims
- Strong knowledge of claim lifecycle and denials
- Comfortable navigating IVRs and speaking with insurers
- Ability to work US Eastern Time hours
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

- Must work 9am–5pm Eastern Time
