Join a team generating high-quality STEM training data to improve reasoning in frontier AI models. You will design challenging, deterministic biology problems that reflect authentic scientific workflows and submit them with complete, verified solutions.
What you'll do
- Design advanced biology problems to challenge AI systems
- Create deterministic tasks with exactly one correct answer
- Submit complete and verified solutions for each problem
- Build tasks involving experimental or computational reasoning
- Use Python and specialized bioinformatics tools when relevant
- Ensure rigor, reproducibility, and technical clarity
What you'll need
- Master’s or PhD in Biology or related life sciences
- Experience in computational or quantitative biological analysis
- Strong Python skills for data analysis
- Ability to solve multi-step scientific problems
- Skill in creating original problems based on real practice
- Clear written English and strong attention to detail
Nice to have
- Experience with bioinformatics or genomics toolkits
- Familiarity with structural biology tools
- Background in designing technical assessments
- Cross-disciplinary experience in biology and computation
