Mantle serves as a gateway for institutions and traditional finance to access real-world assets on-chain, backed by a significant community-owned treasury. You will join the engineering team to research blockchain protocols, develop core algorithms, and create detailed design documents.
The position focuses on building institutional-grade infrastructure within the Mantle ecosystem. You will validate concepts through proof-of-concept development and share technical knowledge with colleagues while maintaining high-quality documentation for the community.
What you'll do
- Research and build blockchain protocols, modules, and algorithms
- Prepare detailed design documents and testing strategies
- Conduct proof-of-concept development and validation
- Promote technical experience sharing within the team
- Support the community through communication and documentation
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in blockchain or distributed systems
- Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures
- Proficient in Go and Rust programming languages
- Highly skilled in Solidity for smart contract development
- Extensive experience in cryptography and blockchain platforms
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
Nice to have
- Experience contributing to open-source blockchain projects
- Track record in R&D for Ethereum, Cosmos, OP, or ZK Rollups
- Ability to quickly read and understand English technical papers
