You will set your own hours and rates while partnering with the Leland team to deliver high-quality coaching sessions virtually.
What you'll do
- Coach students and early-career candidates on entering AI roles
- Conduct resume reviews to improve candidate profiles
- Provide interview preparation and mock interview sessions
- Offer guidance on navigating competitive AI career paths
- Host coaching sessions virtually with flexible scheduling
- Partner with the internal team to ensure quality experiences
What you'll need
- Currently working in an AI-focused role
- Employed at an established or leading AI company
- Ability to provide practical industry insights
- Experience with recruiting or hiring processes is beneficial
