Build AI aims to solve physical labor challenges by training on the largest dataset of skilled manual work. As a Country Manager, you will operate with significant autonomy to launch and scale data collection systems in your assigned region. You will build local sales teams, establish partnerships, and execute launch strategies from scratch.
What you'll do
- Operate on-ground to develop and scale data collection systems
- Identify new regions and opportunities for market expansion
- Execute launch strategies independently from initial setup to scale
- Build and manage local sales teams including door-to-door and cold calling
- Run marketing campaigns via meta ads, UGC, and mass cold outbounds
- Establish partnerships with local businessmen, politicians, and enterprises
What you'll need
- C1 level proficiency in English
- Willingness to work intensively and prioritize company goals above all else
- Desire to solve hard problems and make a non-trivial impact on the world
- Comfortable with high-agency, autonomous work environments
- Ready to travel globally and engage directly with factory operations
