Join as a hands-on specialist to analyze business processes and implement AI-driven automation. You will target inefficiencies in quotations, vendor management, and data entry to reduce manual workload. The role involves connecting platforms via APIs and building reliable agents for daily operations.
What you'll do
- Analyze workflows in operations, accounting, and vendor management
- Map manual processes to identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks
- Design systems to automate quotation creation and approval steps
- Build AI workflows for vendor emails, follow-ups, and tracking
- Reduce manual data entry in accounting through automation
- Connect platforms using APIs, webhooks, or custom development
- Document implemented systems for future maintenance and scaling
What you'll need
- 3–5+ years in AI implementation, automation, or process improvement
- Proven experience building automations in real business environments
- Hands-on experience with modern AI and automation technologies
- Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and system integrations
- Strong attention to detail with financial and operational data
- Capacity to work independently from identification to implementation
Nice to have
- Experience in import/export, logistics, or international trade
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integrations
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and processes
How you'll work
- Fully remote position
- Open to candidates in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe
- Part-time schedule: 20 hours per week
- Must work during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
