Join the Delivery Management team at Bestow, a vertical technology platform modernizing life insurance infrastructure. This 6-month contract position supports high-priority strategic initiatives by bridging the gap between business needs and engineering execution.
You will partner with the Sr Director of Delivery Management to deliver data-driven solutions for major insurance carriers. The work focuses on documenting complex configuration data sets and ensuring successful implementation of platform solutions.
What you'll do
- Gather and document business requirements for complex configuration data sets
- Engage with insurance carrier stakeholders to define project scope
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams
- Support the delivery of data-driven solutions for enterprise customers
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Background in insurance, financial services, or SaaS preferred
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specs
- Comfortable interpreting and organizing complex product data
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Grist
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction
