Lead the end-to-end creation of a new business unit focused on an AI-native email app. You will define the product vision, build the team, and drive commercial success from launch to scale.
This hands-on leadership position requires balancing high-level strategy with detailed execution. You will work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver impactful financial technology solutions.
What you'll do
- Own the profit and loss statement, business strategy, and performance targets
- Identify customer needs and decide which products and features to develop
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to launch new solutions
- Hire team members, set goals, and manage overall performance
- Drive user growth, engagement, revenue, and profitability metrics
- Establish partnerships and operations needed to scale the business
- Make rapid decisions and own execution from initial idea to final results
What you'll need
- Proven track record in building, launching, or scaling a business unit
- Experience owning P&L, revenue, growth, or measurable business outcomes
- Strong product sense and commercial judgment capabilities
- Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and commercial functions
- Experience in building and leading high-performing teams
- Hands-on approach comfortable with both strategy and detailed execution
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate in unstructured environments
