Lead the end-to-end creation of a new business unit focused on an AI-native email app. You will define the product vision, build the team, and drive commercial success from launch to scale.
This hands-on leadership position requires owning profit and loss while collaborating closely with engineering and design. You will identify market opportunities and execute strategies to grow user engagement and revenue.
What you'll do
- Own the P&L, business strategy, and overall performance targets
- Identify customer needs and decide which products to build
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams on launches
- Hire team members, set goals, and manage performance
- Drive user growth, engagement, revenue, and profitability
- Establish partnerships and operations to scale the business
- Execute quickly from initial idea to final results
What you'll need
- Proven track record in building, launching, or scaling a business unit
- Experience owning P&L and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Strong product sense and commercial judgment
- Ability to work across product, engineering, and commercial functions
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Hands-on approach balancing strategy with detailed execution
- Comfortable operating with speed and limited structure
