You will build and lead a new business unit from the ground up, taking end-to-end responsibility for its success. This operating role requires you to define the product vision, assemble the team, and drive execution from initial concept to market launch and profitability.
Working closely with product, engineering, and design functions, you will identify commercial opportunities and deliver solutions that help users manage their finances. The position demands strong judgment, speed, and the ability to thrive in environments with limited structure.
What you'll do
- Take full accountability for profit and loss, strategy, and performance targets
- Identify customer needs and determine which products and features to develop
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to launch solutions
- Hire talent, set clear objectives, and manage team performance
- Drive user growth, engagement, revenue, and overall profitability
- Establish partnerships and operational processes to scale the business
- Make rapid decisions and own execution from idea generation to final results
What you'll need
- Proven track record in building, launching, or scaling a business unit
- Experience owning P&L, revenue growth, or measurable business outcomes
- Strong product sense and commercial judgment
- Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and commercial functions
- History of building and leading high-performing teams
- Hands-on approach comfortable with both strategy and detailed execution
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate with limited structure

- Experience in fintech or consumer technology sectors
- Background or knowledge in artificial intelligence
