You will build and lead a new business unit from the ground up, taking end-to-end responsibility for its success. This operating role requires you to define the product vision, assemble the team, and execute strategies that drive revenue and user engagement.
Working closely with product, engineering, and design functions, you will identify commercial opportunities and launch features that meet customer needs. Your focus will be on rapid decision-making and delivering measurable business results in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do
- Manage P&L, business strategy, targets, and overall performance metrics
- Identify customer needs and determine which products to build
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams for launches
- Hire team members, set goals, and manage individual performance
- Drive user growth, engagement, revenue, and profitability
- Establish partnerships and operations needed to scale the business
- Execute quickly from initial idea to final business results
What you'll need
- Proven track record in building, launching, or scaling a business unit
- Experience owning P&L, revenue, growth, or similar outcomes
- Strong product sense and commercial judgment capabilities
- Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and ops teams
- Experience in building and leading high-performing teams
- Hands-on approach balancing strategy with detailed execution
- Comfortable operating with speed and limited organizational structure

- Background in fintech, consumer technology, or AI sectors
