Join Anyone AI to help bridge the global AI talent gap by empowering developers in Latin America. You will lead the job placement process for fellows, providing personalized career guidance, resume optimization, and interview preparation to secure roles in less than six months.
This senior position requires close collaboration with hiring managers in the US and LATAM, as well as internal teams to refine the training curriculum based on market feedback and placement metrics.
What you'll do
- Lead the Job Preparation Program for ML Fellows
- Guide fellows on LinkedIn profiles, resumes, and cover letters
- Conduct mock interviews and advise on negotiation strategies
- Provide weekly 1:1 check-ins until fellows secure employment
- Collaborate with companies to introduce fellows to hiring managers
- Report on placement metrics such as offers and cohort rates
- Collect feedback to improve training and job prep processes
- Support fellows post-placement as main point of contact
What you'll need
- Degree in HR, communication, technology or related field
- Experience qualifying candidates for tech or AI roles
- Background in developing job preparation strategies
- Analytical mindset with ability to work independently
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural teams
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex processes
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
- Entrepreneurial mindset suitable for startup environments
