Lead the quality assurance strategy for cashmere products at Quince, a brand focused on high-quality essentials at low prices. You will establish testing protocols, manage lab operations, and collaborate with global suppliers and third-party institutions to ensure compliance with international standards.
What you'll do
- Lead testing and QA for cashmere raw materials and finished goods
- Set standards for composition, fiber length, fineness, and color
- Supervise lab operations and ensure compliance with GB, ISO, ASTM
- Collaborate with suppliers and third-party testing institutions like SGS
- Build and manage QA/QC teams and train staff on procedures
- Provide technical reports to support procurement and R&D decisions
- Drive improvement in testing methods and advanced fiber technologies
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Material Science, or related field
- Proven experience in cashmere or wool fiber testing and analysis
- Background in brand-side QA/QC or third-party testing institutions
- Familiarity with domestic and international testing methods
- Strong leadership skills to supervise multi-functional teams
- Excellent communication abilities across suppliers and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
