You will establish and own an AI-driven neobank, redefining consumer banking through automated financial decisions and smart money management. Working with product, engineering, and AI teams, you will build the core capabilities, drive regulatory readiness, and expand market presence.
What you'll do
- Define the AI Neobank proposition, product roadmap, and business model
- Build AI-native experiences for accounts, cards, payments, and savings
- Use AI to automate financial decisions and customer workflows
- Own P&L, revenue, unit economics, and operating costs
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to ship products
- Build the core team and necessary banking and tech capabilities
- Drive banking partnerships, regulatory readiness, and market expansion
What you'll need
- Deep experience in digital banking, neobanks, or consumer fintech
- Direct ownership of a significant banking product, business, or P&L
- Strong understanding of banking products, economics, and regulation
- Ability to identify where AI improves the banking experience
- Experience building and scaling technology products and teams
- Hands-on operating capability across product flows and execution
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
