Actai is building proactive, AI-native applications that minimize prompting for everyday tasks. This role involves launching a new neobank vertical that integrates artificial intelligence into accounts, payments, savings, and financial decision-making.
You will own the business model and operational execution, working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, real-world banking solutions.
What you'll do
- Define the AI neobank value proposition and business model
- Create product roadmaps for AI-driven banking experiences
- Manage profit and loss, revenue, and unit economics
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams
- Recruit and build the core banking and technology team
- Establish banking partnerships and ensure regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Deep experience in digital banking or consumer fintech
- Proven track record owning a banking product or P&L
- Strong knowledge of banking regulation and operations
- Ability to identify high-impact AI use cases in finance
- Experience scaling technology products and teams
- Hands-on approach to product flows and execution
