You will establish and own a new AI-driven stockbroking venture, combining market expertise with AI-native research and trading experiences. Responsibilities include defining the business model, building the core team, and ensuring regulatory readiness while driving market expansion.
What you'll do
- Define the AI stockbroking proposition, product roadmap, and business model
- Build AI-native experiences for stock discovery, research, and trading
- Own P&L, funded accounts, assets, and unit economics
- Develop brokerage product and underlying trading infrastructure
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams on execution
- Manage partnerships for brokerage, custody, and market data
- Build the core team and drive licensing and regulatory readiness
What you'll need
- Deep experience in stockbroking, trading, or consumer investing
- Direct ownership of a meaningful brokerage product or P&L
- Strong understanding of brokerage economics and regulation
- Product judgement on using AI for trading workflows
- Experience building and scaling technology products and teams
- Hands-on capability with product flows and infrastructure
- Strong English communication skills
