You will establish and own an AI-driven stockbroking venture, combining market expertise with AI-native research and trading experiences. Responsibilities include defining the business model, building the core team, and ensuring regulatory readiness while driving market expansion.
What you'll do
- Define the AI stockbroking proposition, product roadmap, and business model.
- Build AI-native experiences for stock discovery, research, and trading.
- Own P&L, funded accounts, assets, trading activity, and revenue.
- Develop brokerage product and underlying trading and custody infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams on execution.
- Manage partnerships for brokerage, custody, and market data.
- Build the core team and drive licensing and regulatory readiness.
What you'll need
- Deep experience in stockbroking, trading, or consumer investing.
- Direct ownership of a meaningful brokerage product, business, or P&L.
- Strong understanding of brokerage economics, markets, and regulation.
- Product judgement on using AI to improve trading workflows.
- Experience building and scaling technology products and teams.
- Hands-on operating capability across product flows and infrastructure.
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration.
