What you'll do
- Review and refine AI content on organisational change and turnaround strategy
- Assess outputs for practical relevance, compliance, and effectiveness
- Develop realistic change scenarios based on professional experience
- Create scenario variations from consultant, client, and leadership perspectives
- Identify missing elements or flawed reasoning in generated content
What you'll need
- Senior-level experience in turnaround or change consulting
- Based in the EU or UK with substantial local experience
- Proven success in planning and executing change strategies
- Skilled in evaluating organisational processes and compliance
- Independent worker able to provide structured feedback
- Available for 8 to 20 hours per week with quick response times
