ActAI is building proactive, AI-native applications for email, notes, tasks, and calendars that require minimal prompting. The company aims to reduce hallucinations and handle long-running workflows with persistent context.
As COO, you will own operations across all ActAI businesses. You will ensure strategic priorities become clear ownership, fast execution, and tangible results.
What you'll do
- Convert group priorities into targets, owners, timelines, and operating plans
- Conduct operating reviews to identify teams or projects falling behind
- Resolve cross-functional issues across product, tech, and commercial teams
- Build processes for planning, performance management, and resource allocation
- Lead operational setup for new businesses, markets, and teams
- Optimize organizational structures to remove execution bottlenecks
- Step into critical projects where ownership or execution is lacking
What you'll need
- Proven track record scaling operations in tech startups or high-growth firms
- Experience owning execution across multiple markets or business units
- Strong grasp of business metrics, operating models, and org design
- Ability to diagnose underperformance and implement effective fixes
- Highly analytical mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Hands-on style comfortable working directly with data and teams
