ActAI is building proactive, AI-native applications for email, notes, and workflows that require minimal prompting. As Chief Strategy Officer, you will own the group's strategic direction, identifying where to compete and invest while turning decisions into executable plans across the portfolio.
What you'll do
- Develop group strategy across existing businesses, new products, and markets
- Evaluate new businesses, competitors, and industry shifts to guide investment
- Build business cases and financial models for strategic opportunities
- Lead initiatives including market entry, partnerships, investments, and M&A
- Track competitive developments to identify risks and opportunities
- Own group positioning and communications for major corporate developments
- Translate strategy into specific priorities and execution plans with leaders
What you'll need
- Strong strategy experience in tech, startups, consulting, or investing
- Proven track record executing strategies with measurable business outcomes
- Strong commercial and financial judgement for evaluating markets
- Ability to build business cases and financial models directly
- Excellent written communication skills for clear business narratives
- Hands-on operating style to research, analyze, and drive work personally
