What you'll do
- Design advanced civil engineering problems for AI training
- Create deterministic tasks with exactly one correct answer
- Write complete, verified solutions with clear reasoning
- Cover areas like structural, geotechnical, or hydraulic engineering
- Develop multi-step reasoning problems beyond simple formulas
- Validate solutions using Python, MATLAB, or engineering software
- Ensure technical precision and reproducibility in English
What you'll need
- Master’s or PhD in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong industry or research experience in civil disciplines
- Solid understanding of engineering mechanics and numerical methods
- Ability to design original, difficult, realistic problems
- Excellent attention to detail and technical writing skills
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or PLAXIS
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, MATLAB, or Python
- Background in structural simulation or finite element analysis
- Experience creating engineering educational content or assessments
