Join Kraken as a Senior Data & Analytics Client Delivery Lead to help utility clients maximize the value of their data during digital transformation. You will combine strategic advisory with hands-on technical work, training client teams and influencing product development to support the clean energy transition.
The position requires extensive experience in modern data practices, strong SQL skills, and the ability to collaborate with engineering and senior stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth reporting transitions and building high-performing data organizations for clients worldwide.
What you'll do
- Guide clients in redefining reporting and analytics using new data concepts
- Advise senior leadership on building high-performing data organizations
- Define and prioritize client data needs to influence product roadmaps
- Partner with engineering to deliver data features aligned with use cases
- Train internal delivery teams on leveraging data for business impact
- Perform hands-on query writing and solve specific data challenges
What you'll need
- Degree or equivalent experience in client delivery or product ownership
- Several years in data analytics, BI, or related consulting roles
- Strong familiarity with modern data practices and tools
- Proficiency in SQL and modern Business Intelligence tools
- Experience with agile product development and engineering collaboration
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Patience and understanding for clients undergoing major transformations
