As a Client Delivery Lead, you will own specific domains within client implementations of the Kraken platform. You act as the primary liaison between clients and internal product and engineering teams, ensuring that technology solutions align with business goals and operational models.
The position requires managing stakeholder expectations, prioritizing development requests, and guiding clients through complex migration and transformation journeys. You will champion iterative delivery methods while balancing standard platform capabilities with necessary customizations.

- Advise clients on balancing standard vs custom solutions

What you'll need
- Strong experience in client delivery or product ownership
- Proven track record in senior stakeholder management
- Experience managing tech products in agile environments
- Ability to translate complex needs into action plans
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities
- Resilient mindset with high empathy for client challenges
Nice to have
- Previous consulting experience
- Background in large-scale technology migrations
- Experience in energy, utilities or regulated industries
