Join the foundational team building Blackpoint Cyber's Client Success department. You will act as a technical liaison for partners, ensuring they maximize the value of the Blackpoint Suite through training, onboarding, and strategic planning.
The role requires a blend of customer-facing skills and technical aptitude to support Managed Service Providers and enterprise clients in a high-growth cybersecurity environment.
What you'll do
- Drive adoption of Blackpoint products and increase endpoint penetration among partners
- Provide technical training and engagement to help partners utilize the product suite
- Collaborate with GTM and Product teams on strategic partner engagements and documentation
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for partners and their clients
- Conduct monthly partner reviews to assess value delivery and customer health
- Track activity and measure progress using KPIs on ChurnZero
- Stay current on Blackpoint products and integrated systems through ongoing education
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing and technical role
- High technical proficiency with product suites and platforms
- Knowledge of Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar software tools
- Proven history of driving customer value and engagement
- Experience working with clients in the security landscape
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently remotely
