Join Corti as a Clinical Advisor to help shape the next generation of healthcare AI. This role involves providing expert psychiatric insight to improve the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated clinical notes and assessments.
You will collaborate with product and engineering teams on an as-needed basis, typically up to five hours per month. The work is project-driven, allowing you to accept tasks based on your availability while contributing to real-world patient outcomes.
What you'll do
- Participate in clinical simulations to test AI behavior in psychiatric contexts
- Write authentic sample clinical notes and assessments for training data
- Evaluate AI output against synthetic data using structured annotation
- Review AI-generated text for clinical accuracy, tone, and appropriateness
- Share domain expertise with product and engineering teams via interviews
What you'll need
- Actively licensed psychiatrist or resident in Germany
- Minimum two years of completed residency in psychiatry
- Current clinical practice experience in the field
- Ability to write professional clinical documentation in German and English
- Comfortable working with technology and AI concepts
- Strong communication skills for explaining reasoning to non-clinicians
How you'll work
- Contract-based consulting engagement
- Ad hoc work up to approximately 5 hours per month
- Fully remote with scheduled calls and asynchronous tasks
- Reports to Head of Clinical Innovation
