As the first Clinical Research Scientist at the company, you will establish the company's evidence generation agenda. You will design and execute observational studies using member and claims data, manage regulatory requirements, and translate findings into improved care protocols and commercial assets. This hands-on role requires end-to-end ownership of study design, analysis, and scientific dissemination.
What you'll do
- Design observational studies including matched cohorts and interrupted time series
- Analyze medical and pharmacy claims for utilization and cost trends
- Write statistical analysis plans and perform hands-on data analysis
