As a Compute Solution Architect at Mistral, you will act as a trusted technical advisor for clients managing large-scale GPU workloads. You will help design, deploy, and scale AI solutions while ensuring contractual commitments and SLAs are met.
You will bridge the gap between customers, sales, product, and support teams. Your focus is on optimizing GPU performance for ML training and inference, driving technical adoption, and turning strategic contracts into successful long-term partnerships.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary technical contact for AI Infrastructure services
- Lead delivery of strategic GPUaaS contracts and meet SLAs
- Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for ML workloads
- Relay customer feedback and feature requests to product teams
- Partner with sales to identify opportunities and deliver presentations
What you'll need
- 5-10+ years in Cloud Solutions or Technical Account roles
- Hands-on experience with cloud services and AI/ML workloads
- Track record in technical pre-sales or solutions architecture
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and implementations
- Knowledge of Slurm, Kubernetes, and batch/HPC scheduling
Nice to have
- Experience with PyTorch, JAX, or Tensorflow runtimes
- Familiarity with vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or SGLang serving
- Proficiency with Lustre, GPFS, or object storage integration
- Knowledge of InfiniBand/RDMA networking and parallel storage
