We seek experienced Machine Learning and AI specialists to help train and evaluate sophisticated AI systems. You will apply your domain expertise to assess generated content, craft high-quality technical prompts, and judge model responses for clarity and correctness.

What you'll do
- Assess factual accuracy and technical quality of AI-generated text
- Craft and answer advanced questions in ML and AI domains
- Evaluate and rank model responses based on correctness and clarity
- Identify errors, hallucinations, or weak reasoning in outputs
- Provide clear feedback to improve AI system performance
What you'll need
- PhD in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, or adjacent field
- Experience as ML Engineer, AI Researcher, or Data Scientist
- Strong understanding of model training, evaluation, and optimization
- Ability to write clearly and fluently in English about technical topics
- Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail
