Join the ITS - Tech Talent & Digital Transformation team at Konica Minolta to work on SAP HCM and Fiori projects for a leading multinational. You will design, implement, and evolve Employee and Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS) portals on SAP Fiori over S/4HANA, enabling thousands of employees to manage HR processes efficiently.
What you'll do
- Ddesign and implement ESS/MSS portals on SAP Fiori over S/4HANA
- Cconfigure and extend standard HCM Fiori applications
- Ddevelop custom applications using SAPUI5 and SAP Gateway services
- Cconfigure Fiori Launchpad including catalogs, groups, and roles
- Ccollaborate with HR teams to translate business needs into solutions
- Ssupport testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of experience in SAP HCM
- Mminimum 5 years implementing SAP Fiori solutions
- Ccompleted at least 3 full ESS/MSS projects
- Eexperience in organizations with over 5,000 employees
- Pproven experience in SAP S/4HANA environments
- Hhigh proficiency in both English and Spanish
