We are looking for a SAP ABAP HCM Consultant to join projects involving the development and support of human capital management systems. You will ensure technical quality and performance while working closely with project teams and clients to deliver robust HR solutions.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain ABAP solutions for HCM including ALV reports and interfaces
- Implement technical logic for PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll modules
- Design programs using logical databases and infotype macros
- Translate functional requirements into technical solution designs
- Coordinate with project teams and manage client relationships
- Resolve incidents and analyze system performance issues
- Identify technical risks and propose preventive actions
- Create technical specifications and development documentation
What you'll need
- Minimum 3 years of SAP ABAP development experience with HCM specialization
- Proven experience with HCM infotypes and Logical Data Bases is mandatory
- Strong technical profile with structured thinking and process logic
- Ability to work autonomously with a results-oriented approach
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field is valued
