We are looking for a consultant to manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions. You will design technical configurations, coordinate with project teams, and ensure regulatory compliance for client payroll systems.
What you'll do
- Implement and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions
- Design technical solutions based on specific client requirements
- Configure business rules within the system
- Coordinate activities with the project team and project manager
- Manage client relationships and resolve incidents
- Identify risks and propose preventive actions
- Train end users when required by the project
What you'll need
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM with Payroll specialization
- Proven experience in payroll implementation is mandatory
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong technical profile with structured process logic
- Ability to work autonomously with result-oriented mindset
- Intermediate English is desirable but not required

How you'll work
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00
