We are looking for a consultant to join payroll implementation and support initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring technical quality and regulatory compliance within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
What you'll do
- Implement and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions
- Design technical solutions based on client requirements
- Configure business rules within the system
- Coordinate activities with the project team and project manager
- Manage client relationships and resolve incidents
- Identify risks and propose preventive actions
- Train end users when required by the project
What you'll need
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM with Payroll specialization
- Proven experience in payroll implementation is mandatory
- Strong technical profile with structured process logic
- Ability to work autonomously with a results-oriented approach
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field is valued
Nice to have
- Intermediate English level
