Join LILT as an independent contractor to help shape how AI systems handle sensitive healthcare interactions. You will design realistic patient care scenarios and evaluate responses to ensure medical accuracy, operational feasibility, and cultural appropriateness in Vietnamese healthcare settings.
What you'll do
- Design realistic healthcare scenarios in Vietnamese reflecting local clinical settings
- Develop rubrics to assess clinical reasoning and administrative accuracy
- Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness
- Create gold standard answers aligned with patient safety best practices
- Ensure content matches local hospital workflows and regulatory expectations
What you'll need
- Native Vietnamese proficiency with strong professional English skills
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
- Background as Nurse, Medical Manager, or Healthcare Administrator
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows and patient care standards
- Ability to evaluate safety implications and operational realism
How you'll work
- Independent contractor role with flexible scheduling
- Not suitable as a primary full-time income source
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
- Responsible for own tax obligations as a 1099 contractor
