What you'll need
- Ffour to eight years in operations, consulting, or project management
- Tthree plus years in a marketing or creative agency environment
- Sstrong hands-on experience with ClickUp workflows and automations
- Eexperience implementing operational systems and business process improvements
- Pproven track record managing client delivery and creative operations
- Eexcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Aability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and developers
Nice to have
- Eexperience with Asana or Monday.com project management platforms
