Join Runway's creative team to bridge the gap between advanced AI models and enterprise users in the Japanese market. You will design custom workflows, create demonstration content, and guide clients on maximizing the platform's potential for their creative pipelines.
This position requires deep familiarity with generative media tools and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for prospects and existing customers.
What you'll do
- Design custom pipelines to push model capabilities further
- Create content and lead demos for enterprise prospects
- Partner with sales teams to train customers on strategic use
- Explain common enterprise use cases and workflows
- Act as product expert for pre and post-sales conversations
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights
What you'll need
- Full professional bilingual fluency in Japanese and English
- End-to-end experience in content creation
- Proficiency with creative tools like Adobe and DaVinci Resolve
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong passion for experimentation in creative workflows
