You will define and execute commissioning plans, support infrastructure bring-up, and take ownership of operations for mission-critical facilities. This position requires close collaboration with design, construction, and hardware teams to establish repeatable processes for new builds and maintain high performance standards.
What you'll do
- Define and execute sequences of operations and commissioning steps for facilities
- Interface with design and hardware teams to tailor deployment procedures
- Oversee installation and operational readiness of large-scale data center campuses
- Manage monitoring, maintenance, and quality control of infrastructure
- Develop on-site operations staffing strategies
- Enforce procedures for planned and unplanned downtime and SLAs
What you'll need
- 10+ years in large-scale data center facility operations or engineering
- Deep familiarity with liquid-cooled IT systems and CDU design
- Experience defining infrastructure processes across construction and ops
- Comfort owning infrastructure from deployment to long-term maintenance
- Experience managing reliability through defined operational processes
