We are seeking a CSA Quality Lead to oversee quality standards for industrial and commercial facility projects in Spartanburg, SC. You will manage contractor compliance, lead audits, and ensure inspection plans are executed correctly.
What you'll do
- Communicate field quality issues to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure contractor quality plans and ITPs comply with site requirements
- Lead quality audits at sites and fabrication facilities
- Verify understanding and completion of Inspection Test Plans
- Assist in developing Construction Turn Over Package requirements
- Inspect materials upon receipt and before installation
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports and approve corrective actions
What you'll need
- 8 years of experience in Industrial Construction with QA/QC focus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret engineering specifications and drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Eagerness to learn best practices and innovate
Nice to have
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Data Center construction
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
- Certified technical training
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
- High adaptability and quick learning ability
