Join Stepful as a Generalist Curriculum Developer to build learning experiences for students across various healthcare programs. You will create engaging online content, design assessments, and ensure alignment with industry certification standards for partners including major US health systems.
What you'll do
- Develop engaging online learning content for multiple healthcare programs
- Create assessment questions aligned with course material
- Ensure content meets specific certification standards
- Maintain quality control processes for accuracy and relevance
- Communicate progress via Zoom, Slack, and project management tools
- Experiment with new modalities like virtual simulations and skill labs
What you'll need
- Bachelor's in Science, Biology, Nursing or related field
- Alternatively, 2+ years teaching STEM curriculum
- 3+ years experience in online healthcare curriculum development
- Ability to commit minimum 20 hours per week
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Drive and Google Documents
- Interest in using AI to accelerate content creation
Nice to have
- Instructional design skills
- Understanding of edtech and adult learner needs
- Analytical and data-driven decision making abilities
- Experience scripting short-form videos
