You will design the learning experience for Stepful's new Radiologic Technology program, a comprehensive two-year associate degree. Working closely with internal teams, you will develop rigorous curriculum from the ground up to meet upcoming accreditation standards.
The role requires building high-quality online course content and assessments that align with certification requirements. You will establish quality control processes and experiment with new modalities like virtual simulations to enhance student engagement.
What you'll do
- Develop engaging online curriculum for a two-year degree program
- Create content and assessments aligned with accreditation standards
- Adhere to internal content development formats and flows
- Maintain quality control for accuracy and relevance
- Experiment with skill labs and virtual simulations
- Communicate progress via Slack and project management tools
- Meet project timelines tied to accreditation submission
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in health science, STEM, or related field
- 3+ years developing online healthcare curriculum
- Availability for 1-2 synchronous meetings in Eastern hours
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Drive and Documents
- Excellent organizational skills and deadline management
- Receptive to constructive feedback on work
Nice to have
- Radiologic Technology license or certification (e.g., ARRT)
- Experience with higher education or degree-granting programs
- Instructional design skills for adult learners
- Prior experience building allied-health curriculum
- Understanding of edtech and online pedagogy
- Interest in using AI for content development
- Experience scripting short-form videos
How you'll work
- Fully remote position
- Contract type, up to 40 hours per week
