As a Customer Engineer at the company, you will serve as the technical lead for enterprise sales cycles in the APAC market. You will partner with account executives to conduct discovery, deliver customized demos, and help prospects integrate large language models into their workflows.
Beyond pre-sales, you will assist with technical onboarding, account health, and initial support during APAC business hours. This foundational role requires balancing sales engineering duties with customer success responsibilities while collaborating with a globally distributed team.
