Join the company’s Customer Excellence team to ensure seamless delivery of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imagery to customers across Asia-Pacific. You will balance technical insight with operational precision, working closely with satellite operations and product teams to meet high-quality standards.
This role requires managing the complete order lifecycle, from feasibility studies to final delivery, while building trusted relationships with key accounts. You will act as the interface between clients and internal teams, resolving inquiries and driving process improvements.
What you'll do
- Oversee the entire order process from submission to final product delivery
- Prepare feasibility studies for satellite imagery to meet customer requirements
- Plan satellite resources for capturing SAR images and perform quality control
