Join Deepgram's Customer Success team to drive adoption and growth for enterprise clients using real-time speech-to-text and text-to-speech APIs. You will act as a technical advisor, guiding customers from onboarding to expansion while solving complex integration challenges.
This role requires an AI-first mindset, where you actively use and build AI tools to streamline workflows. You will partner with developers and executives to ensure Deepgram’s technology succeeds within customer environments.
What you'll do
- Serve as technical advisor and strategic owner for enterprise accounts
- Manage full customer lifecycle including onboarding and expansion
- Conduct live demos, workshops, and architecture guidance sessions
- Translate customer problems into requirements for product teams
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales partners
- Build AI tools and agents to eliminate recurring manual work
- Travel to customer sites when necessary for key engagements
What you'll need
- 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles like TAM or SE
- Experience at API-driven, developer-first, or AI companies
- Proven track record in solution design and troubleshooting
- Success in driving expansion within complex enterprise accounts
- Fluency in discussing APIs, integrations, and developer workflows
- Ability to engage both technical staff and executive buyers
- Exceptional communication skills across diverse audiences
- Portfolio of built tools or scripts that automated past work
- Demonstrated AI-native operating model in daily workflows
Nice to have
- Background in machine learning or voice AI technologies
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and developer tools
- Fluency in automation scripting using Python or TypeScript
- Familiarity with agent frameworks and workflow tools
