Join the Scaled Team at Deepgram to deliver world-class customer success through automated journeys and programmatic outreach. You will act as a technical systems builder, designing onboarding sequences and troubleshooting API integrations to help hundreds of customers achieve value quickly. This role focuses on creating repeatable leverage rather than managing individual accounts.
What you'll do
- Drive adoption and retention for a large pooled portfolio via one-to-many motions
- Design scalable customer journeys including digital onboarding and automated touchpoints
- Provide technical guidance on API integrations, architecture, and L1/L2 troubleshooting
- Build reusable assets like demo scripts, sample code, and integration guides
- Run webinars and office hours to boost product adoption and surface expansion opportunities
- Monitor account health data to trigger proactive outreach and identify churn risks
- Create systems and automations to eliminate manual repetitive tasks
What you'll need
- 3-5+ years in technical customer-facing roles at API-driven or AI companies
- Fluency in APIs, developer workflows, and integration patterns
- Experience building scaled tech-touch programs or digital onboarding campaigns
- Strong systems thinking with ability to create repeatable playbooks
- Data-driven mindset using product usage metrics to prioritize work
- Excellent written communication skills for broad audience education
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
Nice to have
- Working fluency with Python, TypeScript, or agent-building frameworks
- Experience with CS platforms like Gainsight, Vitally, or ChurnZero
- Background in AI, ML, voice AI, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience in customer education or marketing automation
