Join the Commissioning Team at Fluidstack, where you will help stand up commissioning programs for massive scale data centers. You will oversee controls installation, run functional performance tests, and drive the schedule for first-of-a-kind modular designs.
What you'll do
- Supervise controls installation verification for BMS and EPMS systems
- Run point-to-point verification and witness functional performance tests
- Manage controls schedule and drive punch list closure against milestones
- Enforce commissioning documentation gates and site safety requirements
- Coordinate day and night shift coverage with senior leadership
What you'll need
- 5+ years supervising controls or BMS/EPMS on critical projects
- Experience with Tridium/Niagara, ALC, Siemens, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of EPMS systems like Schneider or Eaton
- Ability to interpret sequences of operations and one-lines
- Willingness to deploy to active construction sites on rotation
Nice to have
- Previous data center commissioning experience
- Experience with automated L4/L5 commissioning processes
