Prima is expanding its digital motor insurance services across Europe and needs a specialist to strengthen its security governance. You will work with the Security Team to define policies, manage risks, and ensure compliance with international standards while supporting business continuity efforts.
What you'll do
- Define and improve cybersecurity governance frameworks aligned with ISO 27001 and NIST CSF
- Support Business Continuity Management and IT Disaster Recovery activities and tests
- Conduct security audits, gap analyses, and cyber risk assessments
- Assess security implications of emerging technologies including AI systems
- Drive cybersecurity awareness initiatives and training programs for staff
What you'll need
- 2+ years in cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance or assurance roles
- Knowledge of BCM and IT Disaster Recovery concepts including BIA and RTO/RPO
- Familiarity with AI governance, risk, and security considerations
- Proven understanding of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, and DORA regulations
- Strong English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- Experience with Business Continuity Management and recovery planning
- Background in regulatory compliance for digital operational resilience standards
