This position places you inside client organizations as part of a small, outcome-oriented pod. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with security and engineering teams to design, deploy, and govern AI systems in complex enterprise environments.
Agentic coding is the primary delivery method, not just an accelerator. You will use AI co-pilots daily to build detection systems, threat models, and governance frameworks while ensuring compliance with standards like the EU AI Act.
What you'll do
- Support AI security architecture for LLMs, multi-agent pipelines, and RAG architectures
- Build AI-powered detection systems and automated threat response tooling
- Implement OWASP LLM Top 10 controls and harden against prompt injection
- Architect identity and access controls for AI systems across cloud platforms
- Apply EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF frameworks to live production systems
- Define reusable security patterns and playbooks for client engagements
- Lead threat modeling workshops and code-with sessions with client teams
What you'll need
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in production cybersecurity environments
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience deploying agentic AI solutions in production
- Minimum 3 years working with cloud security fundamentals on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years)
- Ability to translate technical security risk into business terms for executives
- Proficiency with agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
