As a Cybersecurity Coach, you will mentor clients aiming to enter or advance in cybersecurity roles. You will provide guidance on technical skills like network security and incident response, while also supporting career milestones such as resume building and interview preparation.
What you'll do
- Teach core cybersecurity strategy and network security concepts
- Guide clients on incident response and vulnerability management
- Assist with risk assessment and security auditing practices
- Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters
- Conduct behavioral and technical interview preparation
- Advise on networking, salary negotiation, and promotion strategies
- Support clients pursuing freelancing opportunities in security
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience as a security analyst or engineer
- Proven track record in protecting systems and responding to threats
- Structured approach to coaching technical and career growth
- Ability to host virtual sessions and partner with the team
