Join RevenueCat as a Data Analyst working closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams. You will transform vague business questions into actionable insights by building trusted datasets and dashboards while deepening your understanding of subscription metrics.
This position emphasizes using AI agents and semantic layers to scale analytics. You will curate context for these tools, verify their outputs, and contribute to the underlying dbt and LookML definitions to ensure accuracy and reliability across the organization.
What you'll do
- Partner with business teams to understand goals and unblock decisions
- Own analysis end-to-end from question clarification to delivery
- Document metric definitions, caveats, and domain knowledge
- Build trusted models in dbt and explores in LookML
- Curate semantic context for AI agent tooling and verify outputs
- Improve data pipelines and debug discrepancies when needed
- Translate business context into robust technical analysis
What you'll need
- 3+ years in an analytics or BI role partnering with business teams
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly in a data warehouse
- Experience owning datasets and dashboards for non-technical users
- Proficient with git, branches, pull requests, and code reviews
- Daily experience using AI agents with a skeptical verification mindset
- Clear written communication regarding data limits and caveats
- Ability to create structure from ambiguous requirements
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, dbt, Looker, or LookML
- Knowledge of Snowflake or ClickHouse
- Background in subscription or fintech domains
- Experience handling high-volume data sets
