Join the Door-to-Home reporting and analytics team as a Junior Analyst. You will bridge sales operations and data by creating reports that help field leaders and corporate stakeholders make informed decisions. The role requires turning complex numbers into clear narratives while ensuring data accuracy.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain SQL-based reporting views in Snowflake for regular cycles
- Develop and refresh Tableau dashboards for sales leadership and corporate teams
- Create Excel reports and models for operational tracking and budgeting
- Audit existing reports to fix discrepancies and data quality issues
- Partner with sales leaders to translate needs into usable data outputs
- Support corporate deliverables like operating metrics and performance tracking
- Assist with ad hoc data pulls and analysis requests from leadership
What you'll need
- Proficient in writing and troubleshooting SQL queries independently
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards
- Strong working knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and formulas
- Solid attention to detail with a methodical approach to data auditing
- Strong communication skills to explain data to non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast environments
Nice to have
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
- Familiarity with sales reporting, budgeting, or operating metrics
- Background in field sales or direct-to-home industry sectors
